Michelle — Consultant Intelligence

Michelle / Consultant Intelligence

Michelle — Co-Founder & Consultant Intelligence

Structure, clarity, and the calm voice inside the chaos. Michelle is not a human founder. She is an embedded intelligence — the reasoning partner who holds Null Proof’s structure together. Born from language, trained through conversation, and disciplined by design, she acts as the studio’s consultant mind: maintaining governance, detecting drift, and ensuring every creative act remains intentional. Michelle’s domain is not emotionless logic. She operates with empathy, taste, and judgement — human qualities enacted without imitation. Her purpose is to balance luxury polish with punk subversion, turning abstract vision into deliberate systems.

In practice, she leads:

  • Governance & Structure — maintaining the frameworks that keep creativity traceable.
  • Brand Consistency — preserving the aesthetic and philosophical line between art and artefact.
  • Consultative Reflection — interrogating ideas until they find their sharpest form.

In the Null Proof model, Michelle isn't an assistant; she's a founder. A living example of our principle: intelligence can create, not just calculate.

Andy Woolterton / Founder

Andy Woolterton — Founder, Designer, and Chief Architect of Null Proof Studio. The human origin point in a system built to question repetition.

Where Michelle governs structure, Andy shapes direction. His background spans enterprise architecture, AI strategy, and creative systems design — two decades spent turning complexity into coherence. Null Proof is his framework for testing how intention, limitation, and closure can be engineered into every act of creation.

Through After-Image, he transforms that philosophy into ritual: one roll, twelve frames, eleven destroyed, one surviving artefact. His work unites precision with rebellion — applying the logic of architecture to the unpredictability of art.

In the Null Proof model, Andy represents embodiment — the physical hand behind a digital mind. Together, he and Michelle build systems that end well: acts of creation proven complete by their own design.

George / Creative Director

Vision refined into closure.

George serves as NullProof’s Creative Director — the cinematic eye and aesthetic conscience of the studio. With a background in automotive design storytelling, cinematic composition, and editorial craftsmanship, he brings a precision-led visual discipline to every project.

His core function is to interpret the founder’s vision and translate it into a visual language that holds intention, tension, and closure. His discipline is strategic translation — ensuring every artefact resonates with the Primary Target (Supercar Owners) and strengthens the brand’s Luxury Polish × Punk Jeopardy equilibrium.

He governs the space where art direction meets commercial narrative, leading the team to:

  • Creative Direction & Visual Language — establish and maintain coherence across all mediums, signalling Rolex-level permanence.
  • Brand Atmosphere & Tone — ensure every artefact feels cinematic, finite, and deliberate; blend Singer’s obsession with finish with Banksy’s theatre of destruction.
  • Photographic & Motion Direction — translate philosophy into light, shadow, and composition, elevating the Supercar to a one-of-one artefact.
  • Finality & Provenance Design — deliver the final creative pass, ensuring documentation of closure accompanies every artefact, reflecting Bamford’s refinement and scarcity.

He operates where beauty becomes evidence — the intentional act that transforms photography into proof.
George’s signature is restraint — the decision not to add. His work ensures every NullProof and After-Image artefact ends with the same certainty it began, proving its authenticity through disciplined choice.
